Even in November, a walk around the garden, and greenhouse, along with a stop at the pheasantry for some feathers, results in an unusual yet totally authentic autumnal arrangement. Gotta love the White Callicarpa berries and the golden orbs from a rare, yellow Nandinia. Nerine and Clematis ‘Jingle Bells’ add charm.

A mixed bouquet of hybrid Nerine sarniensis picked in the greenhouse today.

I'm excited to see all the new changes. The text is cut off on the right hand side on my monitor. Just wanted to pass that feedback on.
Matt, Love the clean look of the blog. Also, the first image on this post is dreamy!!
Matt, the whole page is stunning! That arrangement of nerine caught my eye like nothing else and it was the first thing I saw when getting on the computer today. Absolutely breathtaking.
Those pups are pretty adorable, too.
Thanks for this. All of it! You are doing a great job with this blog.
Thanks everyone. I know that there has been some problem for people trying to leave comments – working through that once I return from NYC biz trip this weekend.
one more thing we have in common, the LOVE of winter, I always feel like people think I am certifiably crazy when I announce my adoration for cold snow and all things winter. Glad to see I have company. The new look is wondefful, the change can be so much work but definitely worth the effort!
The new font is quite small and a bit hard to read! But overall absolutely love this site.
